Privacy policy

Effective October 23, 2026

There are no accounts or sign-ups on this site. I use Google Analytics to see how people find the site and what they look at, Cloudflare hosts it, and I don’t sell anyone’s information.

Who I am

This website belongs to Justin Vitovsky, an audiobook narrator and voice actor in Texas. If you have a question about this policy or about your information, email me at justin@justinvitovsky.com.

What this website collects

Nothing you type in. What I do get is the kind of information almost every website sees:

Why I collect it

To understand how the site is used: where visitors come from, which samples they listen to, and whether they go on to get in touch, so I can make it more useful to the authors and rights holders looking for a narrator. There are no advertising pixels on this site.

When you get in touch

If you email me, I keep the conversation so I can reply and follow up on your project. Writing to me doesn’t add you to any mailing list.

The contact form is a Google Form. What you enter there goes to me through Google Forms, and Google handles it under Google’s privacy policy.

Other sites

Links to Audible, ACX, Instagram, Facebook, X and YouTube take you to those sites, which have their own privacy policies.

Children

This website is meant for adults. I don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent me personal information, email me and I’ll delete it.

Who I share it with

Only the services named above (Google and Cloudflare), each for the purpose described, and anyone the law requires me to. I don’t sell or rent personal information to anyone.

How long it’s kept

Google Analytics keeps the detailed record of visits, and information tied to a returning visitor’s cookie, for no more than 14 months. After that, only totals remain, like “300 visits in March.” I keep emails for as long as they’re useful for working with you.

Changes to this policy

If I change what the site collects, I’ll update this page, and the date at the top, before the change takes effect.
